Sake My Life
The aroma is fruity and refreshing without being too floral.
The taste is light on the palate, but has a robust sweetness. Bitterness appears in the mid-palate, leaving a moderate aftertaste. It also has a caramel-like burnt sweetness. This taste is common in Aizan. Since it is jun-dai, it is a gentle bottle that also has a refreshing taste. Many of these sweet sake are complete on their own, but they make me want to eat something salty.
We hope you enjoy it with the sashimi left over from the Bon Festival.
Please try it.
