ひきたI have been drinking Kubota since I was a student, but I am ashamed to say that this is the first time I have learned that there is a regular Junmai Daiginjo sake in addition to Manju and Senju.
In my opinion, Niigata sake has no habits and is really easy to drink.
I can't count the number of times I had a rough time with it when I was younger...
Tonight is New Year's Eve, so I intend to drink to my heart's content.
