This is the third in the series of different rice.
This time, even though it was just opened, the fizziness was not as strong as last time, and it had a peachy sweetness, almost like cider.
Although it can be drunk as a food wine, its subtlety is blurred, so it is better suited for drinking by itself in a relaxed atmosphere.
We can only hope what the last Yamada-Nishiki will taste like.
