ジョナジョナ
Shin Tsuchida is brewed with Maikaze, Gunma's sake rice. As usual, the rice is polished to 90% and no yeast is added.
It has a sweet aroma similar to that of the white label, with a soft sweetness that spreads without changing its richness and leaves a lingering aftertaste.
The Maikaze seal was not approved because the rice polishing ratio and yeast were not up to standard. Even so, the spirit with which it is made is very cool.
