The rice flavor that comes afterwards is pleasant to the nose.
Overall, it is refreshing and tasty, like a Pocari Sweat with a restrained sweetness and a delicious flavor. It is the most refreshing, almost watery sake I have tasted in my short history of sake, but I am satisfied. I like that there is no bad taste.
