I don't know if it's because of the 45% polished rice ratio, but it's the most expensive Kume-zakura I've ever had.
I've never had such a luxurious taste before!
I can feel the umami near my eyebrows at the base of my nose.

Cold in midsummer (room temperature in the 28 degree Celsius range) in a wine glass...
I don't remember it tasting like this 🤔⁉️ because it's a completely different way of drinking.
I'm getting a W. Sweet and sour taste 🍷.

I'm not sure if it's the change in the drink or the change in me, but I'm far from how I felt when I first drank it...
