The sweet aroma and flavor are supported by a moderate acidity and astringency. 17° concentration makes for a strong drinking experience.
The aftertaste is gentle and lingers for a long time.
Since this sake is so assertive on its own, it would be good to have something to snack on, such as salted rice kelp.
