All Omachi, Okayama is used. Polishing ratio 55%. Alcohol content 15%. We had it again this year. The aromatic flavor and umami are as expected. The good points of Omachi were brought out well, as it was the same as last year. It is aromatic and full-bodied, but not cloying, and goes well with any dish. I think this is one of the good things about the Saku. This year, too, it has progressed well.
