Hijiri山田錦EVOKE

さけまるThe crispness is surprising for Yamadanishiki, which is a dark, mellow Nishiki, and the acidity disappears after drinking, leaving only a faint sense of gasiness. Yet, from the beginning to the middle of the bottle, one can enjoy a rich and tangy flavor, with a restrained bitterness. The aroma is also restrained, so it may be good as a food wine. It has a sour taste, so it is easy to drink with shellfish. It is not a 🤔reset type, so do not drink with too strong flavored food. I think you can maximize the potential of this sake by drinking it well chilled.
