Sweet and mellow aroma.
Mouthfeel is mellow and the sweetness and umami are enhanced 😚.
And the ginjo aroma is perfect 👌.
You can taste the bitterness and slight astringency in the aftertaste, but once you get used to drinking it, you will somehow get used to the aftertaste that leaves nothing but sweetness and umami 😊.
This was my first time to try Amanoto and it was quite good ✨There are still some great sake out there that I just don't know about 🤩.
