Takatsugu
On the way back from an expedition, we took the Shinkansen for a quick drink. I opened a bottle of Hana-no-Mai junmai ginjo sake.
It has a soft taste, but it is a delicious sake with a concentrated aftertaste. It goes well with ekiben, a boxed meal that often has a strong flavor.
