Although I bought it because the clerk told me it was Okura-Okura-ish, it tasted so mellow.
That clerk still doesn't know what Okura is lol.
Of course, it has more umami and acidity than other sake, but it has an easy-to-access acidity, so it's like an introduction to Okura.
