This sake is the only sake brewed with 100% roasted brown rice. It has a pleasant sweet and sour flavor that is typical of Kaze no Mori, as well as a strong aroma of brown rice. It is brewed using the Bodhi Hashiwado method developed at Bozan Shorakuji Temple, the birthplace of sake in Japan. 4.5/5
