It's been a long time since I've had a draft sake. Yamahai Junmai.
The sweet and sour taste, like a ripe melon, is really good.
It also has a slight tingling and gaseous sensation, and you can taste the real pleasure of arabashiri, which is the first to dive into a tareubo (a pot to pour).
It was a great decision to buy the label without preconceived notions at the store. I discovered a local sake that is dark under the lamp.
