Shiryu
This is an unfiltered, raw version of d-liquor 2019 produced by Dancyu, because it is only available under the liqueur label. d-liquor is actually a blend of cedar wood chips soaked in a variety of liquors. The lactic acidity is mineral, banana exalts the lactic acidity, and the rice flavor floats to a woody finish.
