Another famous sake brewer, Toji Kikuchi, has revamped the label with a new No. 10 yeast.
Although Toji Kikuchi has already left for another brewery...
I think the black label is a regular brew...
Melon. You can feel the juice and pulp of the melon in the sweet flavor.
It's amazing that a pure rice brewer can produce such a melon flavor!
It may not be Kikuchi Toji's style, but it shows the potential of the new No. 10.
