I have always been curious about the Wind Forest. I wondered if it was standard. I chose this brand.
It is an easy-drinking sake with a beautiful, fine bubble gas, not much aroma, a fruity taste, but also a firm and spicy flavor.
I felt it might be similar to Abe, which I like, so I would like to compare them.
I was told that Kaze no Mori is a sake made with unusually hard water. There seem to be a variety of brands with different rice types and milling ratios, so I would like to try others.
