This is a sake I picked up on the internet because it was cheap.
It's a nama-shu with 50% polishing ratio.
The taste and flavor are as fresh as you would expect.
The aroma of the rice and the depth of the nishimoto can be felt.
It has a fizzy feel, but can be served cold or warm.
It's not a traditional sake, but it's good.
The only sake from Iwate I knew was Asakai, but
This sake is also good.
