KazenomoriALPHA TYPE7 一期一会
yukkkkuri
Two bottles of 100% Yamada-Nishiki sake with a sake strength of -18 (SWEET) and +10 (DRY) are blended (!?) in a special beaker at a ratio of your choice. and drink them together.
The +10 (DRY) has a strong aroma of rice, like that of Yamahai. The DRY has a strong rice aroma like Yamahai, and when you put it in your mouth, it finishes with a sense of shwash and a strong bitterness.
(2) SWEET has a honey-like aroma. The sweetness of peach and the sizzling sensation lasts for a long time in the mouth.
(3) DRY1:SWEET1 has a muscat aroma. When you put it in your mouth, it has a peach carbonation. The peach aftertaste comes back after the sip is quickly cut off.
(4) DRY3:SWEET2 has a strong aroma of rice like DRY, and after enjoying the peachy flavor, it ends with a strong bitterness.
(5) DRY2:SWEET3 is peach in both aroma and taste. It is more refreshing than DRY2:SWEET3 and you will never get tired of drinking it.
Personally, I prefer ③. If you want to match it with a meal, go for (4).
