Shinomine for my first drink. I like Mimuro Sugi when I think of Nara Prefecture, but this one is also delicious. I didn't have an image of Nara Prefecture as a region where sake is popular, but I may have to change my perception.
The taste is clear and easy to drink, as you would expect from an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. However, it is not too light, and after swallowing, one is immersed in an indescribable feeling of happiness.
I would like to buy it again.
