I bought a limited number of bottles at Yoshiike in Okachimachi without hesitation.
When I was in Niigata, I used to drink it with natto tempura and dried squid at Yoshihan in Nishi-ku.
This time, I drank it cold with deep-fried tofu from Tochio (with natto), boiled firefly squid, and sashimi of amberjack.
It has a soft, watery mouthfeel, with a strong flavor but with a good sharpness.
I think it is a sake that can be paired with anything.
