The top-tasting aroma is a nice ginjo aroma.
The mouthfeel has a crisp sweetness and a nice umami flavor. The acidity comes from there. The finish is refreshing with a light fruity aftertaste, followed by acidity and bitterness.
The lingering bitterness is strong.
