Having dinner at home.
A friend gave me a 75kg yellowfin tuna.
I enjoyed it with Japanese and Western food, and on the fifth day of maturing
At the end, I made sushi with the medium fatty tuna part.
I paired it with two bottles of local sake from Ehime. First
First, I opened a bottle of Ishizuchi's Ginjo-nama-zume sake.
It has a crisp and clean taste.
It is a perfect sake to pair with fish.
It went well with salted grilled medium fatty tuna and tuna skin.
It was a good match. It was delicious.
