じゅにち
This is one of the Sentori perennial sakes that was rebranded this year as "Edo-style". It has a sweet and sour taste that is more mellow and gentle than modern. Immediately after opening the bottle, there was a fair amount of fizziness, but it settled down after a few days. It is sharp and refreshing to drink.
