The second bottle was a brand from Aichi, Houraisen, which I was curious about. It seems to be a sake that has been aged in ice temperature for 3 years, and has a mellow and rich sweetness with a mature taste. 🙆‍♂️ It may be close to kijoshu (noble sake).
