Limited to the liquor store next to the brewery, this raw sake is bottled on the spot.
I didn't ask for a detailed explanation, but I was attracted by the limited edition, so I was worried that it would be too strong, but the taste was beyond my imagination!
It was very fruity and fizzy, so it was easy to drink, but since it was undiluted sake, the rice spread in my mouth and it was very thick down my throat.
The alcohol content was a bit high, but it was so refreshing that I couldn't stop drinking it.
All in all, it was a delicious sake with a premiere feel that was perfect for year-end drinking. It was a bit of a hassle to bring it home (it's fizzy and might spill, so don't lay it down! ) (it was also knocked over during the baggage check), but it's a sake I'd like to buy again for a special occasion...
