I finally came across "Mizubasho"!
I had seen the flag of Yamada Nishiki Contract Field for Mizubasho in Miki City and thought I would like to drink it someday.
I had thought that I would have to take action to find it, not someday, since there are no stores in the Kansai region that carry it 😁.
I let it sit for a while before opening the bottle 😁.
It has a very beautiful sweet flavor with a hint of pineapple that cuts through nicely 🥰.
It has a slight spiciness in the back of the throat 🧐 that reminds me it's a sake 🐋.
Delicious 😝😝.
I can see why this is so popular 🐵.
My wife also says it's delicious 🌿.
