Sake for the spring season. The brewery aims to create a "gentle" sake, meaning "supple and gentle".
There is no description on the bottle, but it is clear, so I chilled it.
The aroma is clean, yet gorgeously sweet. It has a moist sweetness, a light and crisp acidity, and a nice lingering umami.
A perfect accompaniment for a quiet hanami (cherry blossom viewing).
