The scent is light, really faint, sweet and something that smells like an amino acid-based? But it's basically an alcoholic feeling.
In the mouth, the sweetness of the rice is light and the acidity is a little stronger than that of the rice, but it flows like water. It is more acidity and umami than sweetness🤔
As the temperature rises, it becomes easier to drink.
The crisp acidity and mouth feel and the fruity taste that comes out at room temperature made it easy to drink one drink after another.
