Unlike Shintschida, it is easy to drink for everyone!
The warm, mild, fruity aroma with a hint of history behind it that seems unique to the brewery, the light, pleasant, warm-toned fruit that makes you feel relaxed when you drink it, the moderate sweetness like mandarin oranges, the acidity, the rich umami, and the light alcohol that rises softly, reminiscent of an elegant red wine, all of it fades out nicely. All of them are well integrated and fade out.
It is a feat of 12 degrees alcohol and goes well with meat dishes as well as Japanese food in general.
Personally, I think it is best at room temperature!
