There was a warning to be careful when opening the bottle, but only the stopper blew out and the alcohol remained calm.
I thought it would have a gaseous taste, but it was only tangy. The first sip tasted like a typical sake, not so bad, not so bad, but as I drank more, the balance of sweetness, sourness, and bitterness became just right. Is it muscat? Or is it pear?
