This is an unusual sake, using mizu-hashiroshi sake instead of brewing water, which is rare even for ordinary mizu-hashiroshi sake!
The color is amber.
The aroma has a unique sourness of lactic acid, but it also has a sweet, caramel-like taste.
The aroma has a unique sourness of lactic acid, but it also has a sweet and burnt taste like caramel.
It has a thick mouthfeel and a heavy sweetness.
If it were only sweet, it would probably be hard to drink, but the sourness of the mizu yeast is really exquisite and tasty.
Let's savor it slowly and savor it slowly and savor it savor it savor it savor it savor it savor it
I think it is similar to Hakusetsu's Edo Genroku sake made by another sake brewer.
Either way, it was a very special sake.
