Purchased for warming. It has a strong attack when served at room temperature, but the mouthfeel softens as it warms. It still has punch, with a mellow umami, followed by acidity and a bitter taste in the second half, and then it easily cools down.
It is a delicious sake with excellent cost performance and convenience.
