This is the second of three different types of Zao sent to me by a friend. It's a daiginjo in a single-serving bottle, so I had the first one cold (although the room temperature is as cold as the vegetable room in the fridge) and the second one hot. It has a sweet aroma and taste. Warmed up, it has a lingering aroma on the nose and settles down as it cools. It's a drink that should be served cold, in my opinion.
