baya
When served cold, it has a refreshing acidity, sweet-odd acidity, and a subtle bitter acidity in the aftertaste.
When served lukewarm, the acidity subsides and the mild sweet/umami flavor, followed by a mild sweet/umami aftertaste and lingering aftertaste, gives it a different taste from cold sake.
Both are unquestionably delicious and cost-effective!
I couldn't watch the WBC final game due to work, but it was nice to see the digest of the game knowing the outcome ✨.
It may not be a premier sake to open on special occasions, but it had an excellent flavor that made me happy!

baya, congrats on the decision.
I have a bottle that was given to me, but I can't decide when to open it😅.
Maybe not on a special day, but on a day when something good happens 😊.
