I have often heard of "zak" but this is the first time I have had it.
Dry? Well, it seems sweet. But the aftertaste is sweet.
It has a gorgeous aroma and is full of flavor and richness.
This is the type of sake that can be enjoyed on its own.
It's certainly delicious.
I paired it with tempura (bitter gourd, nankin, onion, yam).
This kind of sake goes well with grilled or fried food.
