Tonight we had #Senryo Otokoyama Jungin Yunokou from #Hishiya Sake Brewery in Miyako City, Iwate Prefecture, as yesterday.
I had teriyaki mitsu for dinner, but it didn't go well with the gentle sweetness of this sake at all...
The best match was sauteed spinach and shimeji mushrooms with smoked cheese. And the best match was takuan (pickled radish) with ume vinegar.
