We had it again this year!
Kitajima Oorigarami, which we both like.
The supernatant is sparkling and bubbly!
When mixed with the lees, it has just the right amount of spiciness and umami to make an adult calpis 🥛.
This year it was a bit on the dry side, but it was consistently delicious 😙.
