This is the drink I was planning to drink on New Year's Day. I drank Aki Tora on New Year's Day, so it was just a normal day with nothing special.
The aroma that rises up is not very pleasant.
On the palate, it smells like a combination of muscat and rhumune.
And a piquant fizzy feeling. It's not fresh sake, but it's fresh. The acidity is good.
The umami is not so thick, but it is just right for the sharpness of the sake.
Every time I drink Morishima, it leaves me with the impression that it is neat and tidy, as if all the waste has been cut down.
The aftertaste is also a little bitter, but it finishes off nicely.
It is indeed a well-balanced and well-balanced sake.
This is a sake made with Omachi rice, but from my impression of Omachi, I found it to be very refreshing.
I think this is the character of the Morishima brand.
As the temperature rises, the flavor swells.
I think I prefer it closer to room temperature.
