When I peeled off the plastic stopper, the lid flew off! and the lid flew off.
The aroma was sour and a little fruity.
When I drank it, it was shwashy. The carbonation was on par with sparkling, and the light cloudy appearance made it look like grapefruit sparkling.
The aroma when swallowed is also sour and fruity, with a slight bitterness at the end. Compared to the Halogobbai, which I drank at the same time, I could feel a little alcohol, but it was not bothersome. It is delicious with a clean aftertaste.
Since we had a hearty menu that day, including spare ribs, I think it was a good decision to bring a crisp and refreshing sake to go with the Yoshida Kurau.
I was the only one who usually drinks sake, but I was happy to see that both bottles were well received by everyone and were almost completely consumed.
I enjoyed the time I spent choosing which sake was best for people who are not used to drinking sake.
