Kamo Kinshu is often found in sushi and Japanese restaurants.
It's 100% Aisan from Tojo (and yet? (🙀) 55% polished.
Seems to have been squeezed in the spring, but it was laid down for shipment.
Atmospheric aroma, moderate sweetness, mainly of melon that is not that ripe, and a fresh watermelon.
It has a sweet, slightly mature aftertaste like dried grapes.
The flow is smooth and the acidity is well controlled.
It is usually good.
This drink costs 2,000 yen: .... Well, this is more than enough for me if I'm just talking about the taste.
