けいけいThe nose has a slightly refreshing green apple-like aroma. When you drink it, you can feel the round rice flavor and complexity, while the lingering aftertaste is crisp and clean. Is it a rich, dry sake? I didn't detect much of a grain smell, and it was a very satisfying sake for a freshly stored sake.
