This is a hometown tax return gift (Kasai City, Hyogo Prefecture).
Together with SEN Junmai Daiginjo, the price is 25,000 yen.
(Assuming it's equivalent to 30%, that's 7,500 yen for two bottles?)
It's good. That's Tomikunishiki (I'm just a fan).
At the first sip, there was a light, gassy feeling.
At first, it was sweet and sour, and gradually, umami and spiciness occupied the perfect balance. It is sharp and does not linger. It's good.
After drinking for a while (about an hour), the umami becomes stronger. I feel it. It's good.
It seems to go well with dashi and soy sauce dishes. Oden was the right choice.
You can enjoy both junmai and junmai daiginjo sake from different breweries with the same brand.
I'm looking forward to the Junmai Daiginjo.
