Orikagarami usually has only a faint white orikage floating on the bottom of the bottle like smoke, but this sake turned slightly white all over like a sooty nigori when poured into a glass.
The aroma is a fresh junmai aroma. ❗️ After taking a sip, there is a tangy feeling on the tongue, followed by a sharp bitterness. And the freshness of junmai raw remains❗️ good sake❤️
