I bought another Winter Moon 🌙 from Kamishin this year✨.
Maybe it's because they use Hakuto yeast, but I think the aroma is somehow different from other sake breweries 😌.
Sweet and slightly bitter, with a lingering umami flavor 😆.
It's a delicious sake 🍶.
