The moment I drank it, I sensed a flavor unlike any other sake.
The aroma of ripe fruit, which to me was like grapefruit, spread out with a rich aroma and sweetness.
It had a soft acidity, but also a firm umami flavor, without a single bit of cloying taste until the aftertaste.
It was a truly delicious and memorable sake!
