Yamamoto🍶 brewed with Akita Sake Komachi🌾 and No.6 yeast from Shinsei
The aroma on the nose is slightly sweet.
When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the youthfulness of freshly brewed sake.
And then there is a refreshing sweetness with a hint of sourness.
It may be a self-serving assumption to say that it is made with yeast No. 6, but I felt it was very Shinsei-like.
If you ask me which Shinsei it resembles, I can't answer.
It was quite drinkable and quite tasty 🍶✨️
