The aroma is like a banana. When it is included in the mouth, the sweetness like the banana spreads to the mouth with the gas feeling. The sourness of the lactic acid and the astringent taste tighten the sweetness. The aftertaste has a strong bitterness and a little hard impression. It was a delicious sake though the taste was different from my favorite. I think I prefer the Instrument Masamune because it is softer.
