Kano
This sake is made by a brewery famous for its shochu, Hozan.
So I was curious to try it.
But when I think back on it, it was the second time I had tasted it.
The aroma, sweetness, and acidity are not strong, but the flavor is robust and complements the meal.
I think it is a good sake as a food sake.
