I remember drinking it somewhere before, and it was delicious.
This time, it was a raw Arabashiri.
When I poured it into the glass, the aroma was a bit unpleasant. (It's the kind of aroma you get from many Yamada Nishiki junmai daiginjos.)
It doesn't say what kind of rice it is, but is it Yamadanishiki?
I thought I missed something, but when I drank it, the aftertaste was surprisingly sharp and piquant, and it was well integrated.
I think it's a very good sake, just not to my taste.
